The building is constructed of reinforced concrete with a monolithic frame system, solid walls and flat roofs. High-quality materials such as stone slabs, ceramic tiles, parquet and reinforced concrete are used. The external walls are made of hollow brick with thermal insulation of stone mineral wool and Baumit-silicone TOM 2mm. The external carpentry is made of plywood and glass, and the facade is coated with Baumit-silicone. The aesthetics of the building reflect a modern luxury design, which combines visual appeal and functionality.
